Braemar Fault Code 32
Fault: Combustion air pressure too low at start.
Potential Cause (Technical Use Only: Potential remedy):
- Combustion fan not operating. Check that power is supplied to motor when required – replace combustion fan if not running with power applied.
- Combustion fan motor or fan wheel dislodged or jammed. Check motor mounts – rectify if required.
- Combustion fan wiring disconnected or damaged. Re‐connect or replace wiring.
- Combustion fan suction hose disconnected or damaged between combustion fan and ICS combustion air pressure sensor. Re‐connect or replace combustion fan suction hose.
- Combustion fan blocked. Check and un‐block combustion fan.
- Condensate blocking combustion fan suction hose. Clear blockage. Check flue condensate drain fitted correctly (condensing models only).
- Swarf obstructing combustion fan pressure tapping. Check both ends of pressure tapping – clear obstruction or replace pressure tapping.
- Flue system blockage. Check and clear blockage.
- Severe wind on flue terminal, or poor flue terminal location (eg, too close to roof). Check flue terminal location – re‐ locate if necessary.
- Faulty combustion air pressure sensor. Check suction pressure – if sufficient, and fault recurs, replace pressure sensor on ICS (cut cable tie, un‐plug pressure sensor PCB, re‐connect new pressure sensor, fit new cable tie).
