    Fault: Thermistor in cool duct location.

    Potential Cause (Technical Use Only: Potential remedy):

    • Thermistor in duct in which air flow can be shut off in a zoned system, and where more than one outlet duct is connected to the heater.  Re‐locate thermistor to duct that always has air flow if required. 
    • Thermistor too far from heater outlet.  Re‐fit thermistor at 3m along duct from heater outlet if required.
